We book by text, you do not need to be home, and you get before-and-after photos and a card link to pay when we finish.

Yes, and it is the only method we use on tile. High pressure cracks tiles, breaks the seal and pushes water under them. Our soft wash uses a low-pressure application that kills the black algae at the root. The roof looks clean right away and the remaining dead algae rinses away with the next rains.

You do not need to be home. Leave us your gate code or add Eddie's Pressure Washing to your visitor list. We text when we are on the way, when we arrive and when we are finished, with photos if you want them.

We pre-wet and rinse landscaping and cover sensitive plants when needed. One customer with old azaleas told us a week later there was not a yellow leaf on them. Pavers are cleaned with a surface cleaner at a controlled pressure and can be sealed afterward to keep them from going dark again.

In our climate a house wash every one to two years and a driveway every year is typical. Tile roofs usually go three to five years between soft washes depending on tree cover. North-facing walls and shaded roofs need it sooner.

Yes. We clean common-area sidewalks, monument walls, mailbox clusters and amenity centers, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request. Property managers get one invoice and before-and-after photos for their file.
